Owners and partners Eric Brandolini and CJ Lederman met in 2017 while both living in Utah. Eric is originally from New Hampshire, and we are very excited to be back in his home state to revitalize the historic Watkins Inn & Tavern.

The tavern gets it's name from Alexander Watkins, who originally purchased the land in 1788 and began construction on the home shortly thereafter. Later in the 1800's the tavern served as a stop for stagecoach drivers on their journey between Rutland, VT and Boston, MA. We aimed to retain much of the historic charm of the tavern, while providing modern amenities to guests of the tavern and inn.
